Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while contributing to the smooth running of DD Plumbing & Heating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and bookkeeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone professionally.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for invoices, payments, and reports.
  • Support scheduling and general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience as an Office Administrator is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
