Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while contributing to the smooth running of DD Plumbing & Heating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and bookkeeping.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone professionally.
- Maintain an organised filing system for invoices, payments, and reports.
- Support scheduling and general office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience as an Office Administrator is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
